Robert Anderson

Robert Anderson is a designer and artist who makes one-of-a-kind furniture, woodwork, and custom boats. He operates his own studio, R.G. Anderson Furniture, on Long Island, Maine.

Anderson designed and built all the furniture at CreativeShare in his Long Island, Maine, studio.

Anderson previously worked at Jamie Johnston Furniture in Maine and as a boat builder at Damariscotta Boatworks. Clients all over the country own furniture designed and crafted by Anderson. His furniture has been exhibited in many galleries, museums, and shows, including the Milan Furniture Fair 2000 in Italy.

Anderson received an M.F.A. in Furniture Design from Rhode Island School of Design and a B.F.A. in Painting, with honors, from the Maine College of Art.
